Born and raised in Portland, Oregon, he began his career as a Banquet Porter at the DoubleTree Hotel and has spent over two decades shaping food and beverage programs across major brands. With a B.S. in Business Management, TIPS certification and ServeSafe credentials, he’s earned numerous leadership awards and a reputation as a master of activations.

His expertise spans menu development, branding, beverage training, luxury service, POS systems, financial management, hotel openings and guest-experience design. Known for a hands-on, transformational leadership style, he builds strong relationships, leans into creativity and continually challenges himself by learning new skills.

Outside work, he can be found fishing, traveling and exploring the outdoors—with Porto, Portugal holding a special place on his travel list.
