Upscale Lifestyle Hotel in Redondo Beach Reflects Quorum's Expanding Partnership

Newport Beach, CA—August 12, 2026 - Quorum Hospitality, a leading hotel management company known for its hands-on, owner-focused approach, will oversee the opening and operation of Eddy Redondo Beach, Curio Collection by Hilton. Located on Pacific Coast Highway in Redondo Beach, the 110-key upscale lifestyle hotel with three thoughtfully curated food and beverage experiences is scheduled to open early 2027.

The addition of Eddy Redondo Beach marks continued growth for Quorum in the upscale, experiential lifestyle hotel sector and further strengthens the company's expanding partnership with Hilton through Curio Collection. The engagement builds on Quorum's reputation for personalized, collaborative partnerships with hotel owners across the country.

Developed by Legado Companies, led by CEO and Principal Edward Czuker, Eddy Redondo Beach is envisioned as a design-forward, experience-driven destination that reflects the character and energy of the South Bay community. An homage to the local beach and surf culture, the hotel's high-design aesthetic is intended to elevate the sensory experience for guests and locals alike, with resort-style amenities, including a rooftop pool, fitness center, three food and beverage outlets, and a range of experiential activations set against sweeping ocean views.

Food and beverage will be a defining element of the guest experience at Eddy Redondo Beach, with three distinct culinary and cocktail concepts designed to offer something for every occasion:

·       A Premier Ocean-View Rooftop: A vibrant, Tulum-inspired rooftop destination adjacent to the pool, featuring wood-fired open-air cooking, a focus on agave spirits and cocktails, firepits, cabanas, panoramic coastal views and the premier sunset-viewing spot in the area.

·       A Signature Centerpiece Restaurant: A design-forward dining space centered on innovative coastal California cuisine, wood-grilled specialties, immersive cocktails and an extensive wine selection with sweeping views of the ocean.

·       An Elevated All-Day Café: A polished, versatile first-floor concept serving everything from morning specialty coffee and California inspired brunch fare to shareable evening bites, craft cocktails and grab-and-go options.

Eddy Redondo Beach is located alongside Eddy Redondo Residences, a mixed-use property also developed by Edward Czuker, with both properties situated at the corner of Pacific Coast Highway and Palos Verdes Boulevard, further establishing the surrounding block as a premier standalone destination.

As part of Hilton's Curio Collection, Eddy Redondo Beach will benefit from Hilton's global distribution platform, while maintaining its own unique identity.
