Born in Long Beach, CA, and raised across California, Minnesota and Colorado, Kirsten began her hospitality journey as a restaurant host, ultimately building a 25-year career in operations, finance and hotel openings. After earning her BA in Finance, she joined hotels as a Director of Finance and later moved into transitions and openings, where she led complex, high-impact initiatives.

Her strengths lie in project execution, financial insight, change management and cross-department collaboration. With a blend of coaching and pacesetter leadership, she challenges herself through continuous learning and problem-solving.

Her favorite part of the work is the people—their talent, dedication and teamwork. Outside the office, she loves sports and attending games, with loyalty split between her California and Colorado teams, and she’s especially drawn to Italy’s Amalfi Coast.
