Dan Russo brings nearly 30 years of hospitality experience, with a focus on excellence across diverse food and beverage operations—from high-volume, multi-unit venues to nationally recognized, award-winning restaurants. He has built a career defined by leadership, innovation, and a deep commitment to service.

Over the years, Mr. Russo has served as General Manager at multiple critically acclaimed restaurants, including several that earned national accolades and industry recognition. He has also been honored for his leadership within top-tier hospitality organizations, underscoring his ability to drive performance and elevate guest experiences.

Mr. Russo specializes in talent and team development, leadership training, service culture, and strategic menu planning and engineering. His operational expertise includes cost analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and full P&L accountability, with a strong track record in managing complex, multi-unit F&B operations.
