Task Force Opening F&B


With over 15 years of hospitality experience, Charity Johnston is a dynamic leader specializing in food & beverage operations, openings, culinary strategy, training, design, and marketing direction. In her new role as Corporate Task Force Opening F&B leader, her first assignment is supporting the Eddy Redondo Beach Hotel project, bringing a hands-on, strategic approach to launching and elevating F&B concepts.

Most recently, Charity advised a range of clients on operations, brand positioning, and performance optimization. Her work focused on improving operational efficiencies, enhancing guest experiences, and aligning business strategies to drive measurable growth.  Charity has held senior leadership roles including President/Partner and Vice President positions at Sueños Global Tequila, where she led strategic planning, financial performance, and brand development initiatives. She also served as Vice President of Operations at Noble 33 and held leadership roles with The Madera Group, where she drove multi-unit success through operational alignment, menu development, and scalable systems, while building high-performing teams.  Charity began her career in operations, including a foundational role as Bar Manager with Innovative Dining Group, which shaped her strong understanding of day-to-day execution, guest engagement, and team development.

Known for her ability to seamlessly blend strategy with execution, Charity is passionate about creating memorable guest experiences, building efficient and scalable systems, and supporting teams through growth and change. Her leadership is rooted in delivering results while fostering innovation and excellence across every aspect of the operation.
